Refund Policy

Overview

All 3D models sold by L.L Productions are classified as digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Because digital products cannot be “returned” after download, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

This policy explains:

  • When you are entitled to a repair of the digital model

  • What qualifies as “faulty digital content”

  • When refunds apply

  • Why non-faulty digital models are not refundable

Faulty Digital Content - Your Rights

You are entitled to a repair if the digital 3D model you purchased is faulty. Digital content is considered faulty if it meets any of the following conditions:

Digital content is faulty when:

​

  • The model does not match the description or preview shown on the product page

  • The files are corrupted, broken, or fail to open in standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Unity, Unreal)

  • The model is missing advertised components (textures, materials, animations, formats, etc.)

  • The asset contains significant technical issues preventing normal use (e.g., broken UVs when UV maps are advertised, unusable topology when “game-ready” is advertised)

  • The product does not meet the quality or functionality that a reasonable user would expect based on the listing

If any of the above applies, you may request a free one-time repair.

One Time Repair

If your digital model is faulty, L.L Productions will provide a one-time repair at no cost.

The repair may include:

​

  • Fixing file corruption

  • Correcting UV, texture, or material issues

  • Supplying missing files or texture sets

  • Adjusting broken elements required for intended use

  • ​

Timeframe:

​

Repairs will be supplied within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience to the customer.

If the repair is not possible or fails, you may be entitled to a refund under UK law.

When Refunds Apply

A refund will only be issued when:

​

  1. The digital content is confirmed as faulty, and

  2. The one-time repair is not possible, not provided in a reasonable time, or does not resolve the fault

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Faulty Digital Products (No Refunds)

Because digital files are accessible immediately upon download and cannot be “returned,” non-faulty digital 3D models are not eligible for refunds.

This includes situations such as:

​

  • Accidental purchase

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatibility due to customer’s hardware or software setup not meeting requirements

  • Misunderstanding of the product that was clearly described on the listing

  • Purchase for a project that no longer requires the asset

Once the files have been delivered or downloaded, the transaction is considered final unless a fault is present.

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and begin the repair process if the content qualifies as faulty.
