Digital Products

LL Productions sells digital 3D models, textures, and related assets (“Assets”).
By purchasing or downloading any Asset, you agree to the Royalty-Free License & Usage Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered final once downloaded, unless faulty under UK consumer law.

Prices & Payment

LL Productions may change prices at any time.
Payments must be completed through the approved payment providers shown at checkout.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided for faulty digital content, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

A one-time repair will be offered first.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Accidental purchases
Change of mind
Non-faulty digital products
Failure to meet system/software requirements

Intellectual Property

All digital Assets, branding, logos, graphics, and website content are owned by LL Productions unless stated otherwise.

You may not:

Copy or redistribute website content
Re-upload product files
Claim ownership of Assets
Use the Site’s materials commercially without permission

Anyone found redistributing Assets will have their license immediately revoked.

Customer Obligations

You agree that:

You are legally able to purchase digital goods
You will not redistribute or re-sell the Assets
You will respect the licensing terms for all purchased products
You will provide accurate information when making purchases or creating accounts

License & Usage Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of any 3D models, textures, materials, animations, or other digital assets (“Assets”) purchased or downloaded from L.L Productions (“Licensor”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Asset, you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms below.

License Type

All Assets are provided under a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license.

This means you may use the Assets in personal or commercial projects without paying additional fees, as long as you follow the restrictions outlined in this Agreement.

Permitted Uses

You are granted the right to:

Use the Assets in:

Video games
Films / animations
Apps / VR / AR projects
Marketing materials
3D renders
Prototyping
Any other creative or interactive media

Modifications

You may modify, adapt, or combine the Assets with other content for use in your final

Commercial Use Credit Requirement

If the Asset is used in a commercial product, you must credit L.L Productions as:

“3D Asset by L.L Productions”

This credit may be placed:

In the game credits
In documentation
On the project website
In the description of published media or promotional material

If attribution is not possible (e.g., UI limitations or engine constraints), you must provide credit in accompanying documentation or promotional pages.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Resell or Redistribute the Assets

You cannot:

Resell the Assets in their original, modified, or derivative form
Re-upload or share the Assets on marketplaces, asset stores, file-sharing sites, or platforms such as Unity Asset Store, Unreal Marketplace, TurboSquid, Sketchfab, etc.
Include the Assets in any pack or bundle, even if modified
Give the Assets away for free or in paid collections

Claim Ownership

You may not claim:

The original model
The original textures or materials
The original design
as your own creation.

Use in Trademark or Logo

You cannot use the Assets as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo unless explicitly approved in writing.

Rights and Ownership

All Assets remain the intellectual property of L.L Productions.
You are granted a license to use the Assets, not ownership of the original files.

Project Distribution

You may distribute a completed project containing the Assets—such as a game, film, or app—as long as the Assets cannot be extracted or reused by end users.

For Example:

✔ Embedded in a game build → Allowed
✔ Used in a video render → Allowed
✘ Accessible as raw model files → Not allowed

No Warranty

Assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. L.L Productions is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Assets.

License Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Assets and remove them from projects where they can be extracted.
